Our Team has a combined 120 years of experience in construction, real estate, finance, and administration. We take pride in our work and share a common goal of developing best-in-class real estate.

  • Craig Haan

    President and Partner

    As the President of K&H Developments, Craig is responsible for strategic direction and development oversight. Craig is part of the Eagle Builders Ownership Group. As a stakeholder, Craig is responsible for the executive decision-making at Eagle Builders with a daily focus on design-build and field operations. Craig started his construction career laboring for his father at a young age and has worked in every facet of the business from manufacturing to installation to sales. Craig holds his Mobile Crane Red Seal Certification and has constructed every type of building including agricultural and heavy industrial facilities.

  • Tony Randhawa

    Vice President

    Tony began his career in the capital markets division of a large commercial real estate brokerage prior to joining K&H where he and his team facilitated investment and partnership deals for the sale and development of commercial property throughout Western Canada. As Vice President at K&H Developments, he is responsible for site acquisition, due diligence, project underwriting, deal structuring, development management, and asset management.

  • Shelley Boston

    Operations

    Shelley is an accomplished executive offering extensive experience in management and business leadership. She provides expertise in administration, change management, strategic planning, and organization. Shelley delivers a solutions-focused approach to client relations and her dynamic leadership style and critical thinking help create strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders. At K&H Developments she is primarily responsible for day-to-day operations and client services.

  • Dennis Haan

    Partner

    Dennis Haan is part of the Eagle Builders Ownership Group. As a stakeholder, Dennis is responsible for the executive decision-making at Eagle Builders with a daily focus on design-build and general contracting. Dennis has over 20 years of precast concrete construction experience and has built every type of structure from agricultural facilities to multi-level seniors housing.

  • Kevin Kooiker

    Partner

    Kevin Kooiker is part of the Eagle Builders Ownership Group. As a Stakeholder, Kevin is responsible for the executive decision-making at Eagle Builders with a daily focus on precast concrete manufacturing. Kevin holds his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Lethbridge and has his PQS level 2 certification. Kevin started his construction career with Eagle Builders in 2004 and has been the factory's managing director since 2009.

Sync 111 (Completed)

222 unit seven storey multi-residential building located steps from MacEwan University. Sync 111 is currently in lease-up www.sync111.ca.

The Ledge on Lakeshore (Under Construction)

1100-unit rental project along Lakeshore Drive in Kelowna, BC. The Ledge on Lakeshore is being developed in partnership with Westcorp, an Edmonton-based real estate investment company.

Airdrie Care Community (Completed)

A 126-bed seniors care facility, part of a four-building development with locations across Alberta, developed in partnership with a seniors housing developer.

Century Gardens - Phase 1 (Completed)

Century Gardens is a 16-acre transit-oriented multi-residential community being developed in partnership with a Calgary-based real estate investment company. Phase 2 construction begins October, 2024.

Wajax Red Deer (Sold)

34,811 sq ft single-tenant design-build industrial building in Red Deer, AB. This asset was sold to a publicly traded real estate operating company in 2021.

Shasta Care Community (Completed)

A 162-bed seniors care facility, part of a four-building development with locations across Alberta, developed in partnership with a seniors housing developer.

ERA Business Centre (In Development)

Sitework will commence in April 2024. This development will bring 10 best-in-class industrial condominium bays to the low-vacancy submarket of Acheson and will offer buyers the ability to own a piece of real estate along highway 16A.

Matrix Industrial Condos (Sold)

Industrial condo project located adjacent to Kelowna International Airport. This project was completed and sold in 2021.

Fort Saskatchewan Care Community (Completed)
